Our modular service contract allows the level of Manhattan support to
be designed to fit your specific requirements - from 9 to 5 to 24/7
assistance on a national or a global basis, through Help Desk availability.
Multi-tiered support levels are also available when Manhattan is
deployed on an Application Service Provision (ASP) basis via the
Internet. Support ranges from a standard package to a full service
that includes 24/7 support and a complete fault tolerant, online
disaster recovery service. All individual services are optional.
This means the solution can be totally tailored.
