Project Management

Manhattan's well-resourced and well-organised project management teams differ from those of other suppliers because we place a heavy emphasis on two key areas: implementation procedures and methodology, and the quality, training and experience of team members.

Our project managers are considered to be the most senior members of our implementation teams which typically include senior consultants, training specialists, development experts and technical staff.

From the outset, you will be guided by a structured methodology - with very clear guidelines and milestones. This strategy to achieve the most efficient and effective implementation is tailored to your specific requirements, but also applies change controls to the whole system.

Technical Support

Although Manhattan is designed to be technically very low maintenance, we have a large technical support department - backed up by Authorised Reseller status and Certified status for a wide range of hardware and software from major vendors.

Our modular service contract allows the level of Manhattan support to be designed to fit your specific requirements - from 9 to 5 to 24/7 assistance on a national or a global basis, through Help Desk availability.

Multi-tiered support levels are also available when Manhattan is deployed on an Application Service Provision (ASP) basis via the Internet. Support ranges from a standard package to a full service that includes 24/7 support and a complete fault tolerant, online disaster recovery service. All individual services are optional. This means the solution can be totally tailored.

Training

Through our experienced team of high-calibre, dedicated professional trainers, we offer a wide range of Manhattan training options designed to meet your specific requirements. These range from Train-the-Trainer courses that enable your key staff to train the rest of the company ... to on-site, one-to-one and classroom training.

We provide standard training courses for data-entry level, power users, system administrators and senior property and financial management. However, these programmes can also be customised to meet the individual needs of your staff through a combination of courses and workshops.
